eLitigation subscription is only available to registered law firms and selected
government agencies in Singapore. Non-law firms intending to submit court documents
electronically can appoint a registered law firm or seek the assistance of the CrimsonLogic
service bureaux.
Register to be a subscriber to eLitigation
The subscription to eLitigation includes access to the Cause Book Search (CBS) and
Practising Certificate (PC) modules.
Existing subscriber - Use existing SingPass / CorpPass ID to access CBS and PC modules
If you are an existing subscriber of eLitigation, you can access the CBS and PC
modules by logging in using your SingPass / CorpPass ID. The CBS module is a tab
on the Menu bar after login. The PC module is accessed by selecting "File a Document"
via the Quick Access Button located at the top right hand corner of the Home screen.
Please follow these steps:

Register online for eLitigation by clicking on “
Subscribe” function at the top menu bar. Thereafter, please print
or download the following forms from the on-line module and complete them*:
a) Letter of Application; and
b) Three sets of GIRO Forms [Supreme Court, State
Courts & CrimsonLogic*]

Submit all the duly completed forms from Step 1 together with a copy of ACRA's business
profile report and a copy of the Law Practice License from LSRA (Legal Services
Regulatory Authority) to the Registry Counters at Level 1, Supreme Court Service Hub.
Once approval has been obtained from the Supreme Court, Crimsonlogic will notify
your law firm and submit the GIRO forms on your behalf for approval. Processing
of the GIRO application will take about 3 - 4 weeks; the law firm administrator
identified in the Letter of Application will be notified upon successful application
and given a link to set up the user access using SingPass / CorpPass.
